We are now shipping nationwide across the continental United States!

Our cookies are shipped from Baltimore, Maryland and we only ship UPS Ground or Air depending on the state (1-4 days).

Yes we do! You will be provided UPS tracking info in your shipment confirmation email once your cookies have been scanned by UPS.

Yes you can! While we do our best to meet your delivery requests we can't guarantee delivery dates. So please select a date that has flexibility.

All cookies are baked and shipped the same day. They are hand made fresh in Baltimore, Maryland and will remain fresh unopened for up to 10-days. Heating and storage instructions are also included.

Yes! Please add all custom messages to the Custom Message / Order Notes section at checkout and they will be handwritten on a postcard provided with your cookies.

No, we do not require any signature to accept delivery and you do not need to be present.

Our cookies are individually wrapped and rolled in bubble wrap within our weather tested shipping box that is also placed inside a poly mailer to additionally protect from heat and rain.

If your cookies arrive damaged please take pictures right away and contact us at info@cozycookiestruck.com with your Tracking & Order Number.

We will do our best to rectify the situation as quickly as possible and reimburse you for whatever products were damaged after photo evidence is provided.

We are under no obligation to take action if you do not provide photo evidence of the actual condition received.

If you receive notification that your cookies have been delivered but you still did not receive them contact us right away at info@cozycookiestruck.com with your Tracking & Order Number. We will submit a claim with UPS.

Please be aware that UPS claims take on average 8 to 15 business days to resolve.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect information provided by customers at checkout that result in shipping delays or non-arrivals.

No, we do not ship to PO Box addresses at this time.

Yes! We offer mobile order pick-up at our storefront location in the Armory Marketplace at 37 N. Main Street, Suite 101, Bel Air, MD.

Please head to the "Mobile Order Pick-Up" shelf upon arrival to retrieve your cookies.

We offer Local Delivery to the following areas: Bel Air (21014, 21015), Forest Hill (21050), Abingdon (21009).

We deliver during store operating hours 12pm-9pm, Wednesday through Sunday. You can select your date and time at checkout.

You do not need to be home for delivery. In the case of inclement weather it is preferred that you are home if you do not have a covered porch.

Cookies are well-packaged but we do not recommend leaving out overnight or in extreme temperatures.

Yes. You will receive text and email notification when your cookies are "Out For Delivery" and "Delivered."

Yes! We offer a vegan & gluten-free chocolate chip.

Yes! Cookie cakes are pre-order only and require approximately 24 hours notice. You can customize and order your cookie cake for pick-up or delivery HERE.
