Cozy Cookies cannot be held responsible for carrier delays or incorrect information provided by customers at checkout that result in shipping delays or non-arrivals. Additionally, in the case of non-arrivals Cozy Cookies can submit a claim through UPS that will take 8 to 15 business days minimum to resolve. In the case of damaged product Cozy Cookies are under no obligation to take action if photo evidence of the actual condition received is not provided. 


All deliveries are no-contact until further notice and will adhere to all local, state and federal laws pertaining to the COVID-19 Pandemic. For gifting purposes you are required to alert your recipient of delivery as we do not promote or endorse anonymous gifting. We will not request personal contact information of anyone who cannot give consent. Cozy Cookies will make a reasonable attempt to fulfill deliveries within apartment and business buildings. If drivers are unable to access the business or apartment address, orders will be placed outside the building, lobby or common area. Cozy Cookies strives to maintain the upmost safety of their drivers and staff, therefore any delivery that poses a threat to the well-being of the driver or any other Cozy Cookies affiliated associate may be terminated and issued a refund at any time. In such cases, Cozy Cookies will issue a full or partial refund for items purchased through the Website. All order problem/issue inquiries must be received within 24 hours of the order date listed on your confirmation email/text.
